The assignment is determined by the values in the Employee and Category fields of the activity record in the Activity Template Details list, according to Table 58. NOTE: Activities created directly in the Activities screen are similarly affected by the Category value. If the Category value is changed to Field Engineer Activity, Repair Activity, Preventive Maintenance, or Other, the values of Owner and Category fields are deleted and set to NULL when the record is saved. |
