Viewing the Quote Evaluation Response


After the revenue manager creates an evaluation response, the sales representative may view the details of the manager's response using the Quote Evaluation Response view. This is a read-only view, and the sales representative cannot change the evaluation response. The ability to view the evaluation response may be useful to the sales representative when the evaluation has been rejected, and the sales representative needs to take further action before the evaluation is accepted.

To view the evaluation response for a quote

  1. Navigate to the Quotes screen > List view.
  2. In the Quotes list, query for and select the required quote, and then click the link in the Name field.
  3. Click the Evaluation view tab, and then click the Quote Evaluation Response link.
  4. Review the appropriate response in the list, as well as an activity associated with the response. For more information about the fields in the Quote Evaluation Response list, see Creating an Evaluation Response.
