Setting Up Network Ordering	Removed some documentation about Projected Asset Cache, which is now covered in Siebel Order Management Infrastructure Guide.
	Removed chapter about Effects of Order Management. This chapter is obsolete now that asset-based ordering and multiple price types are no longer exclusive to industry applications.
