Closing and Reopening a Case


After assessing the case records, the case worker can close a case, or reopen closed cases.

This task is a step in Process of Managing Tax Cases.

To close or reopen a case

  1. Navigate to the Cases Home screen and query for the case.
  2. In the Case record, change the value in the Status field to Closed or Active.
