As shown in Figure 9, the SMQ Process User Queue is the inbound workflow, which is triggered to pick up server inbound messages from each user individual inbound queue and process them. This workflow has the following input arguments in the Process User Queue step, which can be customized:
- Application Name: Set to Siebel Service for CE, which is Service Handheld application.
- TimeOut: Time to wait for next inbound message's arrival before the workflow ends. It is currently set to five seconds.
