Viewing My Training Enrollments Information
Perform the steps in the following procedures to view the classes in which you have enrolled:
This task is a step in Process of Registration, Withdrawal, and Completing Courses. To view My Training Enrollments information
- Log in to the Training site as a registered user or a new user.
- On the Training home page, click the My Training link in the left navigation bar.
- Click the My Training Enrollments link.
The My Media Training and My Live/Classroom Training lists appear.
- Locate course or class information by clicking either the Course field link or the Query button, as described in the following table.

Navigate to My Course Details (media-based courses) or My Class Details (live/classroom classes). These views provide information on Topics, Objectives, Skills, Suggested Training, Tests and Evaluations, and Course Materials. My Live/Classroom Training also provides the Daily Schedule for the class selected. |
Query on either the My Media Training or My Live/Classroom Training lists. |
Search for course or class information by Course:
- Search My Media Training by Course, Format, Expires, or Status
- Search My Live/Classroom Training by Course, Format, Date, Location, or Status

When you enroll in a Distance Learning or Instructor-Led training class, the class is added as activity to your calendar. Canceling an enrollment for a class removes the activity from the user's calendar. To view My Training enrollment information in the calendar
- Navigate to the Calendar screen > Monthly view tab.
- Locate the course in the calendar.
The class is listed in the calendar with the start and end date in the user's time zone. If the activity spans multiple days, it is shown that way in the calendar. By drilling down on the class name, the Training > My Training view appears.
