Oracle Communication and Mobility Server is a fully featured, carrier-grade, converged J2EE and SIP Application Server based on the JSR-116 (SIP Servlets) standard. It provides services such as Voice over IP, Presence, Instant Messaging, and an ability to create a multitude of other voice and multimedia services leveraging the SIP, Diameter, and other protocols. Deployment-wise, it can serve as the 'SIP AS' in IMS networks or as a core SIP Server in telecom and enterprise networks.
