RouteInboxItem Method
This method is intended for use only by those upgrading from the 7.5.3 version of the application. For more information about this method, see Siebel Database Upgrade Guide. This method deactivates existing Inbox item owners and creates new Inbox item owners for an Inbox item. Input Arguments
