Web Services for the Siebel HelpDesk Connector

The Siebel HelpDesk Connector uses the following Siebel Web Services to communicate with Enterprise Manager:

  • CreateTroubleTicket
  • GetTroubleTicket
  • UpdateTroubleTicket

You must enable these Web Services to use the Siebel HelpDesk Connector. For information on enabling Web Services, see Siebel CRM Web Services Reference.
