Table 89 lists the fields used in the Banquet Revenue Summary report. The report headers displayed in the report depend on the products defined for the property and whether or not the BRS Report Flag is selected (see Configuring Banquet Revenue Summary Report Headers).

Booking	The value of this report header which is Group Bookings, Local Bookings or Void Checks, depending on the report page.	Not applicable
Quote Name	The name of the quote for which the report is generated.	Quotes
Quote Manager	The sales, event, or catering managers who are assigned to the quote.	Quotes > Event Manager/Sales Manager
Event Check Number	The number of the event check for which the report is generated.	Event Checks
Folio Number	The folio number for the quote.	Quotes > Folio Number
Report Headers NOTE: A maximum of 15 revenue categories can be selected for display in the Banquet Revenue Summary report.	The various report headers that are configured using the procedures outlined in Configuring Banquet Revenue Summary Report Headers. For example, the BRS flag is selected for an Audiovisual revenue category. Under the Audiovisual report header, the report displays the revenue rollup of the line items mapped to the food category off the event check.	Revenue Category Administration
Taxes/SvcChag	Revenue rollup of the taxes and service charges charged on the line items that have taxes or service charges associated with them.	Calculated field
Total Check	Total of the revenue.	Calculated field
Gross Totals	Gross revenue totals from event checks divided into Group, Local, and Grand Totals.	Calculated field
Adjusted Totals	Totals from event checks that are voided, divided into Group, Local, and Grand Totals.	Calculated field
Net Totals	Gross Total minus the Adjusted Total). A value is shown for Group, Local, and Grand Totals.	Calculated field
Parent Function Type	Names of the parent function types.	Calculated field
Function Covers	Rollup of the number of covers (people) that are associated with each parent function type. This field is shown for Group, Local, and Total.	Calculated field
Sales	Rollup of the revenue that is made for each parent function type. This field is shown for Group, Local, and Total.	Calculated field
AvgCheck	Rollup of the average check for each parent function type. This field is shown for Group, Local, and Total.	Calculated field
