Table 1 lists changes described in this version of the documentation to support release 8.0 of the software.

Creating Sleeping Rooms	Generic sleeping room types can be mapped to multiple property specific sleeping room types. An administrator can assign a percentage to each mapped property specific sleeping room type to specify how many rooms of each type to reserve.
Setting Up Property-Specific Menus and Packages	A new chapter has been added to describe the administration of property-specific menus and packages.
Manually Applying a Negotiated or Discount Price to Line Items	Field name has been changed from Discount Price to Negotiated Price in function line items.
Tentative/Not Tentative Button	In the Total Group Availability view, users can toggle the display of records that have a tentative status.
Managing Property-Specific Menus and Packages	A new chapter has been added to describe the management and use of property-specific menus and packages.
Icons in the Function Space Diary	Icons have been added to the Function Space Diary to designate holidays, special events, and sell notes.
Color Coding in the Function Space Diary	Customizable color coding indicators differentiate between weekdays, weekends, and holidays in the Function Space Diary.
Time Scale	New display values have been added to the Time Scale option in the Function Space Diary.
Display	Enhancements to ToolTips in Function Space Diary. Users can modify and abbreviate ToolTip text.
Config Space Pattern Flag	Users can toggle the display of configured spaces in the Function Space Diary.
Storing User Preferences for the Function Space Diary	Users can store preferences for information display controls in the Function Space Diary.
Changing Bookings in the Function Space Diary	Parameters are available to allow users to block function spaces directly from within the Function Space Diary.
Navigating from the Function Space Diary	Administrators can use Siebel Tools to configure the Function Space Diary so that users can click a blocked function in the Function Space Diary and navigate to the corresponding quote or function view.
Calculation Rules for Generating and Displaying Event Checks	The tables describing the rules for determining the calculations for event checks have been updated to describe property-specific menus and packages functionality.
