Setting the DB2CONNECT_IN_APP_PROCESS Environment Variable

New topic. You must set the DB2CONNECT_IN_APP_PROCESS environment variable to NO to use DB2 Connect connection concentration, connection pooling, and connection load balancing.

PADIX Considerations

Oracle no longer recommends setting the PADIX parameter to YES. If you choose to set PADIX=NO, you must monitor the impact on your environment.

Naming Conventions for Auxiliary Objects
