Controlling Access to Assets

To allow specific user groups to view an asset, use the user group books in the User Groups tab to allow or restrict access.

To control access to an asset

1. From the Asset Management palette, select an asset.
2. In the Asset Details section, click the User Groups tab.
3. Scroll through the list of available user groups listed in the Available Books section on the right, using the arrows.
4. Add access to the asset for a user group by dragging and dropping the group from the Available Books section to the Asset Security table on the left.
5. To remove existing access to an asset by a user group, click Delete (X) beside the user group entry in the Asset Security table.
