Conducting Calls for Accounts
You can manage a customer account call from the Account Call page, which includes a number of views:
The following buttons are available along the bottom of the Call page:
- Launch Detailer. Displays the Detailer Start page with the Personal Content Delivery presentation. For detailed information on PCD presentations, see Delivering a Personalized Content Delivery Presentation.
By default, Launch Detailer is inactive if any of the following conditions apply:
- There is no appointment scheduled.
- The appointment has already been submitted.
- There is no contact assigned to this account call.
- Submit. Changes the activity status to Submitted, and prevents further editing of the Call page.
By default, Submit is inactive if any of the following conditions apply:
- There is no appointment scheduled.
- The appointment has been submitted already.
- There is no contact assigned to this account call.
- The appointment due date is in the future.
- There are no detail products.
- One or more dropped samples exist but do not have a signature.
