Displaying the Account Call Page


You can display the Account Call page using the following procedure.

To display the Account Call page

  1. From the home page, do one of the following:
    • Click a scheduled account call on the calendar.
    • Click an account vCard in the Call Plan area.
  2. Expand the Account Call page at the bottom by clicking the right arrow or clicking anywhere on the Account Call title bar.

    The Account Detail page is minimized, enabling you to view the expanded Account Call page. You can view the basic call details in the Call banner and the current account for the call in the Account banner.
