Sales Application Home Page

The Sales application home page is the starting point for using the Offline Client for Life Sciences. The home page has four sections:

• Application banner and tabs (top). The banner that appears along the top of the interface persists for all views. It includes the following buttons:
  • Home. Returns the user to the home page view.
  • Call Activity. Displays the Call page.
  • Detailer. Displays Personal Content Delivery (PCD) detailer start page.
• Quick lists (left side). Lists customer contacts or accounts.
• Call Plan area (upper right). The Call Plan area is used to navigate and manage planned customer calls and to add new customer calls.
• Context information and work area (lower right). This area displays a calendar view of the day's customer calls in the home page view by default. However, other pages, such as the Contact Profile page or Call Details page are also displayed in this area when they are invoked.
