Detailer Start Page

The Detailer Start page is the main page used to set up and start presentations.

The Detailer Start page has the following sections:

• Live Call. This section displays the contact with whom you are engaged in the live call. To conduct a live call, drag and drop a contact from the Contact quick list to the Live Call section. You can add a contact to the placeholder before, during, or after you conduct the live call.
• Products. This section lists the products available to present to your clients.
• Messages for. This section displays a list of message plans associated with specific products.

  For Siebel CRM, Message Plans are associated with a catalog. A user can see the Message Plan if that user has access to the catalog.
