Viewing Message Plans

This topic describes how to view a message plan when scheduling live calls in the Sales application.

To view a message plan

1. Click Detailer on the application banner at the top.
2. From the Products section, click the product for which you want to view a message plan.

   The Products section displays the title and brief introductory text for the available products. When you select a product from the list, the section displays a list of message plans associated with that product.

3. Expand the Messages for section at the bottom by clicking the right arrow to expand and show the message plan viewing options and to become more familiar with the message plan content and layout.

   You can click one of the following buttons to change the viewing format:

   • Thumbnail. This format displays thumbnail images from the presentation horizontally along the top of the Messaging for section. This format also displays Related and Detailed messages, which are associated with the presentation.
   • Preview. This format displays thumbnail images from the presentation vertically to the right of the Messaging for section, with a preview screen on the right of the thumbnail images.
   • Carousel. This format displays thumbnail images singularly. You can view the images by clicking the arrows to the left and right of the Messaging for section.
   • Fullscreen. The presentation opens in full-screen mode within the Messaging for section. You can navigate the presentation by clicking the screen.
