Detail Summary Page

When the presentation is complete, or if you close the presentation, the Delivery Summary screen appears in the Sales application. You can perform the following tasks on this page:

• View the initial contact intended for the live call.
• View attendees who were subsequently invited and included to participate in the live call. These additional attendees are identified with a placeholder vCard. You can populate the vCard with a name by using the drag-and-drop functionality in Oracle's Offline Client for Life Sciences.
• View presentation metrics, such as total session time, and the name of the product and message plan demonstrated to the client.
• Note for how long each section or asset of the presentation was viewed.
• Verify if samples were dropped during the presentation.
• Verify if signatures were captured during the presentation.
• Submit all captured information for later synchronization with Siebel CRM as required.
