About Marking Up a Presentation

This topic gives guidelines on how to use the mark up tools in the presentation.

• The Offline Client for Life Sciences application displays a marker instead of a cursor. To display this marker, use on-screen writing for tablets or slates, and point and click for laptop PCs.
• When you have completed all required markups, the user must lift the stylus from the screen, or stop clicking the mouse, otherwise markups will persist.
• You can erase markups, by double-tapping the screen to display the navigation menu. This displays an Erase option instead of the Markup option. Click Erase and all markups disappear.
• You cannot save and forward markups. You cannot use the undo feature while markups are present on the screen. The markups must be erased to continue.
