Preparing an Attendee Call


An Attendee Call is similar to a Contact Call but within the context of an account, which is parent to the attendee call. When products are detailed at the account call level, they are also visible at the attendee level. Sales representatives can drop samples or promotional items for each of the attendees. Complete the following procedure to prepare an attendee call.

NOTE:  Attendee calls do not show up in the Calendar.

To prepare an attendee call

  1. Go to the account's Call Details page.
  2. Click the Attendees tab in the Call Section, and then Add.

    All contacts affiliated with the account are displayed.

  3. Drag and drop contacts as needed into the Attendees table.

    An Attendee Call is created in the background.
