Checking the Planned Calls for Today


You can check the scheduled and planned calls for today from the home page default view.

To check the planned calls for today

  1. From the home page, click Planned.

    The set of vCards for planned calls is displayed showing contact or account information.

    You can click Scheduled to return to the default display showing the vCards for scheduled calls.

  2. Arrange the vCards by clicking a field to sort from the Arrange By list, and scroll through the displayed vCards using the left or right arrows.
  3. To make a call, click Schedule a Call for Today, and enter the details of the call in the Call Details page.

  4. To navigate to the Contact 360 page for the contact and update information in the contact profile, addresses, license information, and so on, click anywhere on the Call Plan area.
