Setting Up Loyalty Member Merge

Users can merge the records of two or more Loyalty members, combining the number of points, the last transaction, and other data for all the members into a single Member record.

You can change the ways that some data is combined by changing user properties in Siebel Tools. For more information, see Merging Loyalty Program Members.
