Parameters for Running consoleapp.exe to Convert Strings
The parameters for running consoleapp.exe to convert existing locale strings to symbolic strings are shown in Table 42. The format is: consoleapp.exe <Config file> <app lang> <uid> <pw> "Business Service" "Method Name: Parameters"
