Associating Categories with Products
After parent categories, categories and subcategories are defined, the administrator can associate the categories with hospitality products and charge codes. This task is a step in Process of Setting Up Charge Codes, Taxes, and Service Charges. To associate categories with products
- From the application-level menu, choose Navigate > Site Map > Product Administration > Products.
- Select a product, and in the product record, select a value in the Sub Category field.
The Category and Parent Category fields are automatically populated.
- Save the product record.
