Defining Airports and Booking Centers

Before a property record is created, an administrator defines airports and booking centers which are referenced in the property record.

This task is a step in Process of Setting Up Properties.

To define an airport and a booking center

1. From the application-level menu, choose Navigate > Site Map > Guest Conveniences Administration Screen.
2. In the Guest Conveniences list, create new records and complete the fields for each record.
   • For an airport record, set the value in the Type field to Airport.
   • For a booking center record, set the value in the Type field to Booking Center.
