Viewing Loyalty Members' Point Balances

A member service representative can view members' point balances:

• To answer members' question about how many points they have.
• To decide whether to change members' tier status, as described in Changing Loyalty Members' Tier Status Manually.

To view a member's point balance

1. Navigate to the Loyalty Members screen.
2. In the Members list, select the member.
3. Click the More Info view tab.

   The member's point balance in the programs the member is enrolled in appears in the Points section, in the Available Points fields.
