Viewing the Status of a Fund Request


You can use the Siebel Partner Manager to check the status of a fund request after it has been submitted, and your partners can use the Siebel Partner Portal to view this information. For example, a partner who submitted a fund request can make sure that the approval process has started at the brand owner company, or employees who need to start work when the funding is available will want to see if it is approved.

A fund request can have the status values shown in Table 6.

To view the status of a fund request

  1. Navigate to the Fund Requests screen.
  2. In the Fund Requests list, select the request whose status you want to check.

    The status appears in the Status field of the form at the bottom of the screen.
