Working with Smart Answer Settings
Banter comes with a number of settings, and in Smart Answer you configure your settings to correspond with those provided by Banter. Settings determine which fields from your incoming requests you will be drawing from and storing in your KB. Setting types are described in Table 1.

The Search engine will search on fields defined as Text in Workbench. |
This field should be set to text. |
