AICC or SCORM Course System Processes


When creating a new AICC or SCORM course, the administrator performs the following steps:

  1. Browses directories to locate AICC or SCORM files.
  2. Imports the files into the Learning Management System (LMS).

The following system processes occur:

  1. The LMS imports the files and creates the file structure.
  2. The data is stored in the Siebel database.
  3. The LMS populates the relevant fields.

When the system processes are complete, the administrator:

  1. Edits the course details and adds additional information.
  2. Reviews the end user performance data.
