AICC or SCORM Course System Processes
When creating a new AICC or SCORM course, the administrator performs the following steps:
- Browses directories to locate AICC or SCORM files.
- Imports the files into the Learning Management System (LMS).
The following system processes occur:
- The LMS imports the files and creates the file structure.
- The data is stored in the Siebel database.
- The LMS populates the relevant fields.
When the system processes are complete, the administrator:
- Edits the course details and adds additional information.
- Reviews the end user performance data.
