Using the Component Statistics and State Value Views


You can use the Component Statistics and State Value views to perform the following activities:

Diagnosing Communications Inbound Receiver Errors

The following procedure describes how to diagnose Communication Inbound Receiver Errors using the Component Statistics and State Value views.

To use the Component Statistics and State Value Views to diagnose Communications Inbound Receiver errors

  1. From the application-level menu, choose Navigate > Site Map > Administration - Server Management > Components.
  2. In the Components list, perform a query for Communications Inbound Receiver.
  3. Click the State Values tab.

    All currently loaded Response Groups appear.

  4. Click the Statistics view tab.

    The number of response groups, profiles loaded, real time events processed, and processing times appear.

Tracing the Last Encountered Error in Communications Inbound Receiver

The following procedure describes how to trace the last error encountered in the Communications Inbound Receiver.

  1. From the application-level menu, choose Navigate > Site Map > Administration - Server Management > Tasks.
  2. In the Tasks list, perform a query for Communications Inbound Receiver.
  3. Click the State Values view tab.
  4. In the State Value list, select Last Real Time Error and check the Description field for information on the last encountered error in the Communications Inbound Receiver.
