Segment Deduplication and Suppression Filters


Customers can be allocated from multiple segments in a program to various campaigns for testing purposes, based on absolute numbers or percentages. Segment prioritization and deduplication help to make sure that customers meeting the criteria for more than one segment will not receive conflicting messages from more than one campaign. Siebel Marketing also includes suppression filters that allow designers to exclude segment members from a marketing program based on predefined rules.
