Adding Account Download File Types


The preconfigured Siebel eBanking application allows your customers to download account information to a comma delimited file that can be opened in a spreadsheet application. If you want your customers to be able to download account data to other file types, you will need to configure Siebel eBanking.

The general process for this configuration is:

  1. Add a new value to the File Format drop-down list.
  2. Create an integration object to store data in the format of the new file type.
  3. Create the data map between the Siebel format integration object and the target integration object created in Step 2.
  4. Add a new branch to the FINS eBanking Account Download Outbound workflow.
