Service Requests Screen


Figure 15 displays the main features of the Service Requests screen. In Siebel eAutomotive, the availability of certain views and functionality can be limited according to each user's responsibilities. As a result, the views that appear may vary from those shown in Figure 1 and described in Table 10.
