Modifying Microsoft Internet Information Service Server Settings

You must modify several IIS properties on the eCollaboration server.

To modify Microsoft IIS Server settings

  1. Right click on My Computer, and then select Properties.
  2. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Performance Options.

    3. NOTE:  Set Application response to Background services.

  3. From the Start menu, choose Programs > Administrative Tools > Internet Services Manager.
  4. Right click on Default Web Site (your Web server), and then select Properties. Make sure that the following parameters have the values shown.

    Connections
    unlimited
    HTTP Keep-Alives
    enabled (checked)
    Enable Logging
    disabled (unchecked)

  5. Restart the Web server.
