Confirming Installation Requirements
The following installations and licensing must be completed before installing Siebel eCollaboration:
- Siebel Gateway
- Siebel Server
- Web server, including Siebel Web Engine
- License for a Siebel employee application, such as Siebel Call Center or Siebel Service
- Siebel CTI license, if agents use CTI
- License for a Siebel customer application, for example Siebel eService
- CTI middleware, if telephone functions are managed by the agent's computer and if agents use Siebel CTI
- Siebel Universal Queuing
Communications Management server component group must be enabled to allow communications session management.
