Running Dialogic CT Connect and Call Information Manager


For detailed execution instructions for Dialogic CT Connect and Dialogic Call Information Manager, refer to CT Connect Installation and Configuration Guide and Call Information Manager User's Guide, respectively.

To run Dialogic CT Connect and Call Information Manager

  1. On the machine on which the Dialogic CT Connect Server and Call Information Manager are installed, choose Start > Control Panel > Services.
  2. Select Cim Service, then click Startup.
  3. If it is not already selected, select the startup type Automatic, then click OK.
  4. Click Close to close the Services dialog box.
