Configuring Dialogic Call Information Manager


For detailed instructions for configuring Dialogic Call Information Manager, refer to Call Information Manager User's Guide.

To configure Dialogic Call Information Manager

  1. Choose Start > Programs > Dialogic Call Information Manager > CimConfig.
  2. The Dialogic Call Information Manager Configuration program appears.

  3. Configure the CT Connect link and add devices to monitor.
    1. Click Add and enter a CT Connect link name.
    2. Configure the CT Connect link parameters.
    3. Enter the server name where CT Connect is installed.
    4. Enter the corresponding CT Connect logical link identifier.
    5. Select ncacn_ip_tcp as the network type.
    6. Select your switch type.
  4. Click the Data Storage tab.
  5. Select the data storage type In Memory Only.
  6. Click the Devices tab.
  7. For each monitored device you require (where the device type is DialableNumber), enter the value in the Devices No. field, and click Add.
  8. You can specify individual devices or specify a range of devices to add.

  9. Click OK to finish.
