Menu Command for Refreshing the Communications Toolbar

Agents can choose the following menu command in order to refresh the status of buttons on the communications toolbar. (The message area above the communications toolbar is not refreshed.)

To refresh the communications toolbar

Choose View > Communications > Toolbar > Refresh

The communications toolbar is refreshed to the current status.
