General Steps for Upgrading CTI/Communications Toolbar

If you have any custom toolbar buttons, you must perform the following general steps:

Convert all .bmp files used for toolbar button icons into .gif files, or create the icon files you require, in .gif format. Files must be 18 x 18 pixels in dimension. The files must be located in the correct place in the Siebel installation.
For each icon file used for a toolbar button, create a new bitmap object definition in Siebel Tools.
For each custom toolbar button, create a new command object definition.
