Dispatch Activity Message Sent to Field Service Representative
When a dispatch agent assigns an activity to a field service representative and the Outbound Wireless Messaging Activity Dispatch Policy workflow policy is triggered, data is extracted from the activity in order to send the wireless message to the field service representative.
Each outbound wireless message in a two-way wireless messaging scenario is preformatted using a standard set of labels and data for each activity. For the default workflows, each message is similar to the example below:

- !B! indicates the beginning of the message. This element is configured using the Message Head workflow process property.
- !E! indicates the end of the message. This element is configured using the Message Tail workflow process property.
