Synchronizing ERM and Third-Party Employee Data


After ASI setup is completed, you can synchronize ERM and third-party HRM employee data.

To synchronize employee data with a third-party application

  1. From the application-level menu, choose View > Site Map > Employee Administration > Employees.
  2. In the Employee list, query to find the record you want to update.
  3. You can edit the record before you synchronize. The changes you make are updated in both systems after synchronization.

  4. Click the menu button and then select Synchronize.
  5. TIP:  Choose Synchronize All if you have made changes to several records. Synchronize All synchronizes the changes on multiple records at one time.
