Registration Confirmation/User Welcome Notification

When a new user registers on the site, the user receives a confirmation notification by email or wireless.

The email notification contains a welcome salutation, the user's registration status, a list of the user's notification preferences, and a URL link to the auction site. The wireless notice contains the message: "Your registration received!"

The following list describes the types of registration status for a user:

If the user registered as a bidder only, and the administrator has enabled Autoapproval of bidders, the status will be Bidding Approved.
If the user registered as a bidder only, and Autoapproval is not enabled, the status will be Bidding Pending Approved.
If the user registered as a lister, and Autoapproval of listers is enabled, the status will be Listing Approved.
If the user registered as a lister, and Autoapproval of listers is not enabled, the status will be Listing/Bidding Pending.
