Lister's Auction Close Notification

When a lister's auction closes, the lister receives a lister's auction close notification by email or wireless, according to the lister's preference selections.

The email notice contains the auction item number, the auction name, the item description, the bidder information for each winning bid (full name, email address, bid amount, and quantity won). The wireless notice contains the message "Your auction is closed."
