Lister's Invoice Closed Notification

When a lister's invoice is closed, the lister receives a lister's invoice closed notification by email or wireless, according to the lister's preference selections.

The email notice contains the invoice number, the invoice date, the invoice closed date, the total amount, the invoice status, and a URL link to the invoices area of the auction site. The wireless notice contains the message "Your auction fees are invoiced."
