Instances of Providers (Businesses), Services, Bindings, Technical Models and their dependent properties must all be drawn together under one account or another. An account identifies who is responsible for their maintenance.

Registry administrators limit the number of records of a specific type that can be published under a user account. The following default limitations are recommended and may apply to the registry with which you are working:

You can search the registry without logging in. In this instance you are actually using the guest user account. For security reasons, access to many records can be blocked to this account. For this and other reasons it is important to log in to a specific user account even when you only need to search the registry.
