Deploying the Oracle BI ReportUI Portlet

The Oracle BI ReportUI Portlet is packaged in the sawjsr168portlets.war file located in the SAROOTDIR/web/skd folder (where SAROOTDIR is the installation directory). To deploy it, follow the instructions in the Portal documentation.

TIP:   When deploying the Oracle BI ReportUI Portlet on the Oracle Application Server Portal, first deploy the sawjsr168portlets.war file as a Web application in the OC4J instance that supports Web Services for Remote Portals (WSRP). Then, to test that the deployment was successful, access this URL:
http://{Portal server host}:{Portal server port}/{Portlet application URL}/portlets?WSDL
This URL should return a valid WSDL document.

TIP:   If the Oracle BI ReportUI Portlet deployment fails, try deploying some other portlet to make sure that the portal server is working correctly.
