Stopping the Siebel Analytics Server Using UNIX Commands


When starting the Siebel Analytics Server, the process utilizes additional processes and resources that may fail to stop cleanly when the Siebel Analytics Server is shut down.

When you first set up the environment, you must source sa.sh or sa.csh.

After you have set up DISPLAY, when using telnet, stop the server process using forcestop for one of the following reasons:

You may also want to check IPC resources using the command ipcs, and use the command ipcrm to remove the shared memory being used by the user ID running Siebel Analytics Server.
