eLink/Tuxedo Mainframe Access BEA Tuxedo Mainframe Adapters (formerly known as BEA eLink Adapters for Mainframe systems), in conjunction with BEA eLink Platform and BEA Tuxedo, are robust, high performance, online business solutions that provide interoperability among distributed transaction processing (DTP) systems, using standard enterprise network protocols and transparent translation and communication among applications running under heterogeneous enterprise TP Monitors. BEA Tuxedo Mainframe Adapter systems consist of three products: BEA Tuxedo Mainframe Adapter (formerly know as BEA eLink Adapter for Mainframe) BEA Tuxedo Mainframe Adapter for SNA meets EAI requirements by allowing ATMI applications to communicate with the mainframe.
