Log Central is based on an agent/manager architecture. A Data Collection Agent has two main types of subcomponents: Log Monitors and a Message Sender. The Central Collector has two main subcomponents: a Message Receiver and a Message Processor. The Process Monitor runs on the central host and each managed node. It monitors the running processes. The Log Central Console is the user interface for Log Central. |
